The 3D printing technology is calculated on a computer with high precision, using powdered metal materials or other highly malleable polymer materials, and building a block in detail according to the top-down printing method.
Based on the level of 3D printing that everyone currently grasps, everyone has been able to print relatively simple objects relatively easily, such as physical models of sports cars and even houses. In recent days, it seems that people can rarely hear the new wave of 3D printing technology discussion. This is not to say that 3D printing technology is already lonely. 3D printing technology means a kind of rapid prototyping technology, which is a subversion of CNC machining technology. In the past, people must develop a production and processing workshop to carry out mechanical processing and manufacturing to create a part. CNC lathes, drilling machines, and CNC must be used. In fact, the technology of 3D printing for so many years is still very hot. In my usual interviews, I can often see the back of 3D printing technology. The first is that many 3D printers have entered the youth innovation laboratory. In an interview today at the Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Exhibition of Tongji University in Shanghai, I also came across a good entrepreneurial project. An entrepreneur developed a cheap 3D printer device for the product, which was professionally presented to extracurricular tutoring class organizations, primary and secondary schools. Among the hobby courses in many primary and secondary schools, 3D printing is a very broad hobby course content.
It must not be considered that 3D printing is a great new technology application, that is, a very long history of technology, at least in the middle and late 1980s of the new century, it was already perfect. There are many ways to keep “printing”, but in essence they are all hierarchical definitions.
The initial method was to use a thin nozzle to spray a thin layer of plastic in a specific area, so that layer by layer would add up to produce a solid line appearance. Now there are also metal composite materials that can be used. I have even seen a device that cuts paper layer by layer and then glues it together into a solid line.
The original design plan must be made of wooden formwork, but after the 1980s of the last century, most of the design plans were carried out by computer. Except for a few industries, wooden formwork has not been made for a long time, but it is immediately viewed on the display. However, the information displayed on the display screen is actually a bit different from the real objects, and it is very expensive to make wooden templates. This is why many people have created this type of rapid prototyping technology.
To put it plainly, “3D printing” thermoforming also has an application, that is, when the product has undercuts, the general forming technology is very difficult to solve, that is, there are deep pipe grooves, and the general There are often difficulties in making abrasive tools or forming, but this type of method is layered, so there is no such problem.
3D printing is indeed a hot topic discussion in the past two years. Like the recent blockchain technology and unmanned shelves, it is a “hot” industry. In recent years, the atmosphere in all sales markets has been quite impetuous. When a new project with special characteristics was encountered, assets from all walks of life were swarming. 3D technology also enjoys this salary, which is why 3D printing technology was very popular in the first two years.
