This type of 3D printer is only suitable for printing with liquid photosensitive resin, but this type of 3D printer has high precision and high degree of automation.
The SLS selective laser sintering molding 3D printer uses a CO2 laser beam under computer control to selectively sinter according to the layered profile of the model, sintering the solid powder into a thin layer, and then sintering the next layer after one layer is completed. After sintering, the powder is washed away, and then dried and polished to form. This kind of 3D printer can print metal powder, ceramics and other materials, and the material utilization rate is high.
The 3DP three-dimensional spraying and bonding molding 3D printer spreads the powder sent from the material barrel into a thin layer on the processing platform through the roller, and the print head sprays the standing agent according to the information of the model slice under computer control to stick the powder. It is cured into a thin layer, and after finishing one layer, it is printed layer by layer.
