For Jack, his favorite game is the Mario Bros. series produced by Nintendo. From the first edition in 1983 to the latest version in 2017, Jack barely missed any generation of Mario games. Recently, he produced a 3D-printed Mario pixel model based on the image of Nintendo's early classic Mario Bros. It is reported that this work is composed of pieces of 3D prints that are similar to Lego bricks in different colors. As its biggest bright spot, all 3D prints in the model use an interlocking structure design.

These designs are all done using Fusion 360 modeling software. Due to the pixelated effect, the design process is also relatively complicated. Jack divided the entire Mario model into several parts and completed 3D modeling of the head, limbs, and body parts. Each 3D model comes with an accurately measured void and bayonet design. Afterwards, he matched the color according to the classic image of the Mario Bros., using five colors of PLA, red, white, black, yellow, and blue, with a desktop-class 3D printer, according to a 0.2 mm layer thickness and a 30% fill rate. 3D printing of the corresponding parts.

It is worth mentioning that the size of each 3D model is just right. The entire splicing process does not require the use of glue, and the joint between the components and the components is also quite perfect.
